DAO and Governance
🧠 What It Is
VantaBlack’s DAO & Governance system gives you on-chain decision-making tools that are actually simple to set up and easy to use. Whether you want to let your holders vote on serious proposals, meme-worthy changes, or anything in between — this module gives you structured voting power that’s tied directly to your token.
It’s not just a feature — it’s how you turn a coin into a community.
🧩 What You Can Do
Token-Gated Voting
Let your token holders vote based on how many tokens they own
Set tiered rules (e.g., only holders of 0.5%+ can create proposals, all others can vote)
Flexible quorum, pass thresholds, and expiry settings
Run Proposal Cycles
Set up a vote in minutes
Use custom titles, descriptions, and external links (to images, docs, memes, etc.)
Let the community decide. Roadmap changes, new rewards, feature votes, and more
Multi-Tier Voting Support
Split proposals by role: OGs, KOLs, public
Assign different voting weights to different classes of holders if needed
Add your own flex, because one size doesn’t always fit all
Transparent Results
Votes are on-chain, publicly visible, but wallet identities remain private thanks to privacy integration
Every vote is recorded, time-stamped, and fully auditable
🛠 How It Works
Enable Governance
If you’re using the DApp token creation service, governance tools can be pre-installed in your token setup
If you’re importing your own token, governance can be activated separately — just ask the team
Customize Voting Rules
Choose:
Minimum tokens to vote
Minimum tokens to propose
Voting length
Quorum and passing threshold
Optional roles (e.g. OG voters only, team veto, etc.)
Launch Proposals
Set a title and description
Add an image or link
Push it live to your holders via the DApp (or promote in Telegram using your /DAO link)
Track Results in Real Time
Live dashboard for votes-in-progress
Post-vote archive
Use outcomes to guide your roadmap, set new rewards, or meme the direction of the project
